What do shipping labels cost?
No extra charge. You only pay the shipping cost to the carrier. We charge 0 EUR per label.

There is no lock-in on our platform, you can cancel from month to month. You only pay for the orders you have processed in the current month.

Which support you have access to depends on the pricing plan you’ve chosen:

  • Starter plan: Includes support via e-mail only.
  • Other plans: Include support via e-mail, phone and chat.

What does the support cover?Support from us means help and guidance in using Lagersystem.dk. Our support team is on hand to guide you, so you’re equipped to use the system optimally yourself.To make the difference completely clear, here’s a classic example:

Included in support (Guidance): > You contact us, and we guide and explain step-by-step how you can adjust your templates in the system yourself.

Not included in support (Execution): > You want us to log in and fix the templates for you. Tasks where we carry out the work for you fall under paid consultancy assistance.

You can book a demo, where one of our consultants will demonstrate and advise you. It is not possible to set up a free trial, as it requires integration with the API and hardware to give a proper understanding of the system’s scope.
